Questions and Answers
If you could talk to your younger self, what advice would you give them?
When choosing what to do, give significance to what you think and how you feel in equal measure – let neither dominate. If still in doubt, go with the thing that excites you most or you get the greatest energy from.
What is the single thing you still most need to learn?
From time to time I still worry what people think about me.
What do you hope your legacy will be?
Happy, healthy people.
What is the most surprising thing you’ve ever discovered about yourself?
That I could start my own business.
What one thing do you think every organisation would most benefit from doing, or doing differently?
Some of the most positive changes I have seen have been inspired by no more than an hour’s understanding of how the right ratios of recognition affect human confidence, self-esteem and performance.
What is your worst habit?
Over-thinking stuff.
