		<description><![CDATA[This piece on management raises interesting points. It sounds like MBAs graduates are going through what solicitors went through years ago. I&#039;m all for regulation but the problem with sanctioning members publicly is that the sanctions are all the public ends up hearing about!
 
As a solicitor I often cringe at the stories coming out of the Solicitors&#039; Regulation Authority. I’m not saying it shouldn’t be done but what they DON’T report are the thousands of good solicitors doing great jobs for satisfied clients every day of every year. 

These solicitors add value to their clients’ companies, are often the “trusted professional” that the client turns to in difficult times. 

They behave completely ethically and in the interests of their clients, even when it is to their own detriment. As a result, they go entirely unnoticed!
 
I could go on at length about the contribution of commerce (via taxes) to worthy causes such as health and education, but I won’t!!!]]></description>
