And don&#039;t just read Bret&#039;s piece - take the time to read the intelligent responses, some of which cite instances from &quot;real life&quot; which support the author&#039;s cynicism of the consultants&#039; &quot;engagement survey&quot; money making projects (or is he saying scams?).

Art Petty&#039;s comments are particularly practical and to the point.
