I wonder how many managers contemplate the percentage of their employees&#039; time is spent at work - and what a significant impact proving yourself untrustworthy to them therefore often has?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Nice post! I believe the biggest sin of leadership and management is being untrustworthy.  If you can&#039;t be trusted, nothing else matters. And, once you fall in that &#039;not to be trusted&#039; category...it&#039;s hard to get out of it.
